The H.I.V. (Hope Inside the Virus)
The H.I.V. (Hope Inside the Virus) is a magazine, of sorts, that United to Be “publishes”. By publishes I mean that UTB determines what articles will be written, I help them do the reporting, edit it and then we use mission resources to print it out all fancy like…so, if that’s publishing…then UTB publishes it, if not…well, then that’s what we do 
UTB then distributes it to various venues…depending on how much energy they have and how motivated they are feeling that particular month…that’s just how things go in PNG…unfortunately.
